Dissatisfaction of service I was told that the 6 spark plugs were gone bad in my 2014 Chevrolet Suberban and 1 wire needed to be replaced. The gentleman gave me a paper showing I was told that the 6 spark plugs were gone bad in my 2014 Chevrolet Suberban and 1 wire needed to be replaced. The gentleman gave me a paper showing that 6 spark plugs and the wire. After back and forth talk with my extended warranty folks and the dealership where I bought the vehicle, the gentleman told me that they will do the service for me for $623 and change which I, at the end, agreed to. To make the story short, they replaced only ONE spark plug and spent a whole two-hour for $300 to replace the 1 spark plug. They charged me $402. 96 to replace 1 spark plug which I could do myself in less than 5 minutes! I would not expect anything better, because that is what car dealerships do in general: trick people. But one thing I know: it will not happen to me anymore, at least at that dealership. The most surprising thing was, the paper they gave me earlier showing that 6 spark plugs would be replaced, I left it in the car along with another paper I had, and it was gone when the car was returned to me! Lesson learned! More

Dealer notified and fully aware of damage on November 17, 2018. They sold me this vehicle on November 17, 2018 without any mention of damage. Upon bringing the vehicle home, I noticed extensive damage on the top to the cab and immediately contacted the dealer. The salesperson who sold me the truck said they would replace the vehicle. I returned the truck to the dealership on November 17, 2018 for a full refund. When I asked about a replacement vehicle, they offered to sell me a different truck for a lot more money. More
