I will do my best to keep this review brief. I had a big repair done (10k) and when I took my truck in for the repair the power mirrors and power seats were fully functional. When I came to pick I had a big repair done (10k) and when I took my truck in for the repair the power mirrors and power seats were fully functional. When I came to pick up my truck after the repair was complete my power mirrors and power seats no longer worked. I pointed this out to the technician when I picked up my truck and he took it back but couldn't fix it. We had discussed another repair and he indicated to me that when I bring it back for the other repair they would get it back up and working. I stopped by the Service Dept. to explain the situation to the service rep that handled my 10k repair and was told that they would look at it but I was going to be responsible for fixing it. I told him if he wasn't going to make good on the Power Mirrors or the Power Seats I was going to cancel my 3k repair from which the guy sitting next to him (I am assuming his boss) arrogantly said to me "We are done" I was shocked and repeated back to him in question and stunned disbelief (We are done?) to which he arrogantly repeated "We are done". At that point I left in shock sort of repeating "we are done" as I couldn't help but wonder what the owner would have to say about this? This isn't my first rodeo with dealership service centers so I sort of expected a little pushback but if not this...I can promise that arrogant gentleman who told me "We are done" that he may be done by I sure am not...I will be telling everybody I come in contact with this story and can assure you that I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody uses that service dept. again. To be that arrogant he must not need any customers because he feels like he has enough business so I will do my best to trim off his business so he isn't so busy and so arrogant...This whole experience is very unfortunate as it certainly didn't have to be this way...I would really love to talk to the owners to see how they feel about all of this...It must be nice to be so big that you can turn customers away...Please avoid this establishment...There customer service is deplorable... Great Experience Low pressure dealership, was exactly what we were looking for. From initial contact with Joshua by phone and email we communicated for over a month a Low pressure dealership, was exactly what we were looking for. From initial contact with Joshua by phone and email we communicated for over a month and a half discussing F-150's I was interested in. It was an hour drive for us to go to the dealer to finally meet with John the salesman. Joshua already had John aware of what we were looking for, what we spoke about in the month and half leading up to our visit to the dealership. We ultimately went with the upgraded F150 over what we initially wanted. Not because of pressure, but because this is what we wanted and it fit into our budget. At no time did John or Chris the manager who took care of our financing ever pressure us in anyway. At no time did we feel like we needed to leave and go try another dealership. Even though they are an hour from our house we will continue to do business with them. More

This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products. More
