I visited my local Ford dealership (not Schultz) and I felt like they didn’t care about me, were asking a lot over MSRP for the car, and didn’t have a good handle on the Bronco supply chain issues and ordering process. I then traveled 45 mins to meet with Schultz Ford and I’m delighted I decided to use them. Victor was knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The dealership has high allocations and I received my car sooner than I expected. Highly recommend visiting the team. More

Victor Monzon is the best. I was shopping around several dealerships looking to purchase a Ford Raptor as a surprise for my husband and all dealerships were either sold out or I was shopping around several dealerships looking to purchase a Ford Raptor as a surprise for my husband and all dealerships were either sold out or sternly asking $20k + over MSRP. All I kept getting was the rhetorical jargon of “these trucks are rare, thus the extra premium” and I wasn’t even directed to speak to sales managers who could actually negotiate a deal. When Victor answered the phone at Schultz at about 6:58 pm (closing time), he was very polite, took down my information and said I’ll get back to you when/if we have the truck. Sure enough the next morning he pulled through; he had found us the truck at a FAIR price and we made the deal on the spot. We did almost all the paperwork (lease, insurance, DMV) over the phone and he texted me with updates throughout the day as they were preparing the truck for pickup. Victor, my family thanks you so much for helping us find the dream truck and for making the whole sale experience as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate you. PS, the other dealerships are now calling me to negotiate a deal, and I just tell them “we bought the truck at Schultz”. More
