Been shopping for a car for a few momths. Price and availability was an issue. Wanted a Bronco Sport. Every dealer I called didnt have one available to drive or sell. I spoke to Nick Andrasko Price and availability was an issue. Wanted a Bronco Sport. Every dealer I called didnt have one available to drive or sell. I spoke to Nick Andrasko and he took my info. Was so bad I started looking at other cars. A little later in the day one became available and Nick reached out immediately. I was there 20 mins later. Was on a test drive in 30. Nick is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Worked up the numbers and went home to discuss with my wife. Nick followed up with me the next day. Was very patient as my wife and I debated between the Bronco and a Rogue. Finally we came to decision. Nick then guided me through the application process, pre signing paperwork and also found me a $1000 incentive because my wife is a first responder. Within 24 hours we had a deal and everything was in motion. We scheduled pick up two days later. When we arrived a little late Nick was ready and waiting. I had some questions about warranty and prepaid maintenance packages. Nick introduced me to Stephen at the Finance desk. Stephen explained to me how he was able to get me a better rate and save me $22 a month over the quoted payment. He was also very knowledgeable and guided me through the ins and outs and for about $50 a month more my scheduled maintenance and bumper to bumper coverage now goes to 100k miles. Stephen quickly adjusted the paperwork and I was back at Nick’s desk. Nick walked me through the paperwork explaining every document and it’s purpose. Made sure everything was filled out correctly and gave me my copies. Nick then took the time to explain all the features that were available in the vehicle. He helped me set up my phone and Apple Play. He put the the temp registration in the window and transferred my plates over to the new car. He double checked to make sure I was completely comfortable with operating the vehicle and it’s features. He advised me if I have any questions to call him any time. We shook hands and he wished us well with our new car. The whole experience with Schultz was A+. The dealership is beautiful and relaxing. They don’t mark up their prices unlike other dealers. MSRP is what you see and get. From the initial pleasant and informative phone conversations, to Judy at the front desk who is incredibly friendly and polite greeting you the front door and checking on you while you are waiting (no pushy sales people running up to you) to working with Nick and Stephen I never felt rushed, stressed, or pressured.. I never thought spending a bunch of money could be so easy. Lol. 90 minutes in and out the door. Even if you aren’t thinking about buying a Ford I recommend you go see Nick and the good people at Schultz. They have a vehicle to cover whatever your needs are and you should see what it is like to be treated properly by a car dealer. Two Thumbs Up! More
