Worst of all dealerships. Owner Steve Schukei is a bombastic, con man. Even after repairs were finally completed (in their shop for over 3 weeks), Steve Schukei STILL attempted to bill me. Only when threatened with legal action did he back off. Avoid Schukei Chevrolet like the plague. More

We had out truck towed to get serviced. For picking the vehicle up from being"fixed" and spending a ot of a money. The drive home is 50 minutes and after 40 minutes, the same issue happened. So we had to get it taken to another garage closer to home and spent more money to fix it. We tried calling the service department but it was Friday after 5pm and holiday weekend. I sent an email and no reply yet. The plastic shroud on engine was also missing. We called service department and they said it wasn't there when we brought vehicle to be fixed. And we also told the staff about having the same issue happened with vehicle and had to get it fixed again. And that we tried to call right away but it was after hours and couldn't leave a message.. They said, oh. Like it's not their problem. Do not recommend this service place. More

Buyers Beware......Do not buy from this dealer We purchased a 2004 Chevy Van from this dealership...Very disappointed with their service and customer service is horrible, I have never bought anythi We purchased a 2004 Chevy Van from this dealership...Very disappointed with their service and customer service is horrible, I have never bought anything from a company that is as rude as these people are, especially Steve Schukei ...I would not recommend buying from this dealership but if you do purchase a used vehicle from this dealership to not sign an “as is” agreement and to not believe them when they say how great the car is, also, insist they give you a warranty on the motor and transmission, at least, and always insist on taking it to your own mechanic…The transmission went out on this vehicle after driving it less than 900 miles and they never apologized or respond to our calls. Besides we paid $2000 over high book for a car which they assured us was in excellent condition...Very bad company More

Everyone at this establishment is unprofessional. They will do anything to sell a car, including lie. Then once the papers are signed they will totally ignore you or worse be a completely unprofessional c will do anything to sell a car, including lie. I would never go back here and i recommend to any person who will listen that is they know anyone trying to buy a car DO NOT GO HERE. Also they loan out the cars on the lot for customers needing repairs, but they don't provide any gas and deliver it on or below E!! So if you buy a car it's highly likely its been running on E since it arrived in their lot, which I'm sure is very good for the cars. More

After doing a lot of research to find the perfect vehicle for me, I went to Schukei Chevrolet and Volkswagen in Mason City, IA as they were the closest VW dealer to my home. I was out in the lot looking at for me, I went to Schukei Chevrolet and Volkswagen in Mason City, IA as they were the closest VW dealer to my home. I was out in the lot looking at the Jetta Sportwagens and a sales rep came out to help. I told him that I wanted a Jetta Sportwagen with the 6 speed manual transmission, the monster mats, splash guards and I did not want a sunroof. The sales rep told me I was stupid for wanting a manual transmission and that because I was a female I should opt for the DSG automatic transmission. I was so offended and insulted that I walked out and went to Mankato Motors and after working with Joe Bidwell, I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted WITHOUT compromise. I am so happy with my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI, 6 speed manual tramsmission and it is the perfect fit for my family. More
