He searched for what we needed and with a little bit of luck he found us exactly what we wanted. The car was originally going to be delivered in a few weeks but we ended up only waiting 3 days!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It was my first day working in Denver, when I got off work I was on my way home and a semi and I collided. This morning I went to a dealership in Golden, Colorado; I told the salesman that customer service is a huge factor to me. I left thinking I need a new plan of attack because I didn't get the service I needed. I am going to keep looking, NEVER settling! Last night I was browsing different Subaru websites and after leaving golden I had a feeling and decided to call Shortline. I was connected to a man, Greg Shevell, who was wonderful. I have never been treated like such a real person in my life, in ANY sales environment!! It didn't just stop there, Greg and his whole team were this FANTASTIC! I was instantly greeted when I walked in the door and shown where the coffee, restrooms and waiting areas were. When I finally met with Greg we discussed my finances and cars a bit and then he showed me my DREAM car, or pretty close to it, 2011, white Subaru Impreza. I left tonight with a new car and a smile that won't leave my face. I had the BEST customer service experience EVER!!
