I have been coming to Schomp MINI since I moved to CO (5 years now), and the service team has always been great. Devin Scott in Service took the time to show me items on my Mini I was unaware of as well as showing my how to program some of the Mini's features. Basic service was performed timely as I waited. I drove from SD to have my MINI serviced. It was time for Inspection II, plus the front brake pads were replaced, and a few other repairs made. Andrea Vanni was my service rep, and she was very helpful. I arrived at my appt time which was 11:00, and the service on my car was completed by 5:00 so that I could head back to SD that day. I was very pleased with the way that I was treated and the repairs that were made. I had requested a rental car, but was told that my appt had to be made over a week in advance to get a MINI. So I rented a car from Enterprise. I guess the only downside was that, given the cost of my repairs, it would have been nice if MINI had picked up the cost of the rental. Other than that, my experience was very good. More
The service is always great in the service department. People are friendly and able to assist with any issue. I always feel that the service department is straightforward. My main issue revolves around the location of the dealer. With this being the only Mini dealer in the Denver Metro area, it would make more sense for it to be centrally located. I had a windshield replaced. I mentioned a rattle that was driving me crazy. Not only was the windshield done correctly, but the rattle was fixed as well. My 1 day old new mini covertable brokedown in Dumas Texas. Remote and without services, Mini made arrangements for me and my car to be taken to Denver. My radiator was replaced due to two holes that had leaked fluid for about a month. The radiator was replaced but the mess that I made on the skid plate underneath was never cleaned off. I would seem to me that the cleaning of the plate would be part of the replacement process. I will have it cleaned myself so that I know in the future if there are any more leaks. Andrea pays great attention to details. Listens well. Has an excellent rapport with her mechanic. Has timely follow up. Discreetly promotes mini accessories when appropriate.
