Unbelievable customer service WOW! I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership. The process went so smoothly and they really do get you our in about an hour like they say. I't WOW! I'ts been about a year now and I can say that the service department bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and comfortable while your servicing is done. Customer service OK but there were problems after.. I presented my 2005 Honda Pilot for routine maintenance and left the vehicle at Schomp for the day. Tyler was the representative who met me in the mo I presented my 2005 Honda Pilot for routine maintenance and left the vehicle at Schomp for the day. Tyler was the representative who met me in the morning. He asked me if there were any problems. I described that the "TMPS" indicator light was coming on regularly and needed an estimate for driver seat repair. He was great about calling and indicating clearly what was needed, the process and the cost. I picked up the vehicle at approximately 5pm and he was not present. An assistant asked me whether I would like the vehicle washed and I said "yes". A few minutes later, my Pilot was pulled up and another assistant explained that they did not want to run the car through the wash because of the "driver's side mirror". Historically, that the mirror has not responded to the control panel in the door of the car for months, so I said that that was OK, thinking that this was the problem (identified during the routine inspection that day). I drove away and approximately 5 min into the drive on the highway, the entire mirror fell out of the casing, banging away at the side of the car, only dangling by one small wire. This was NOT the condition that the mirror was in when I left the car that morning BY ANY MEANS. Also, the TMPS indicator light came on again during this drive home. I was clearly not expecting any of this. So, I called and spoke to Ryan at the Service Center when I arrived home (after holding the mirror with my hand so it would not fall off). I explained the situation and he indicated that I would need to talk to someone when the ordered part for the seat arrived at the dealership. I told HIM to document this incident so that it was recorded. I am very dissatisfied with this development. I realize that things happen, especially in an older vehicle, but this mirror was in a normal (albeit stationary position) for a very long time with no issues from weather, wind, or driving. I need to speak to someone about how this will be fixed so that it is functional. More
Service Dept zero communication I've had experience with their service dept 2 times (3 if you count when I bought the car and they "detailed" it) Both times I've had my car in their I've had experience with their service dept 2 times (3 if you count when I bought the car and they "detailed" it) Both times I've had my car in their service dept were terrible. This last time is a super long story that sounds like the other 1 star reviews for them that I've read. I had zero communication from them. Every time over the 5 days they had my car, that I needed info from them, I had to call, get transferred around, end up in voicemail, call back, etc. When I finally would get a call back no one could ever tell me what was going on, or even when the parts would arrive. Which by the way, they lead me to believe that the parts were already there when I dropped my car off. Anyway, even though I paid extra for the mini maintenance package, I will be taking my car to Wal Mart from now on. That's how little I trust these guys. And the whole situation could have been avoided with transparency and diligent communication from them. More

The day we had our first visit the tech person showed us how to use the driver seat and the seam on the fabric on the outside of the drivers seat came apart.. Ralph Schomp looked at the problem, ordered a new seat cover and when it came in we took the car over to have it installed. The mechanics checked the fluids to make sure everything was good. Service was great from start to finish. More

Do not buy or service a mini in Highlands Ranch. Unless you want an unacceptable inspection, broken parts, unreasonably expensive service, unreliable staff, or constant visits, DO NOT USE THIS DEALE Unless you want an unacceptable inspection, broken parts, unreasonably expensive service, unreliable staff, or constant visits, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. They broke my mirror, didn't wash my car after service, charged me $2,000 for awful service (which I need to have serviced AGAIN). They have unreliable staff who rush through work and still charge $140/hour. Everything about this dealership was not okay. Fix your stuff MINI. More
