Darryl was a great help. I called in the morning and he helped me understand everything I wanted to know before I came for a test drive. When we got there he had the car ready to test drive and we were off helped me understand everything I wanted to know before I came for a test drive. When we got there he had the car ready to test drive and we were off! He is friendly, relatable, fun and just an all around great guy. We left making a friend! More

Kenny Murphy was exceptional in professionalism and brand knowledge! They provided me with a loaner vehicle (a 2018 Countryman). They were supposed to have the vehicle for several days, but were able to complete it in only 3! This is due to the advanced diagnostic skills of Kevin Peterson, and overall efficiency of the aftersales department! He was able to get the USB port working as originally designed, and performed the maintenance with great competency! I live 50 miles away from the dealer, and it is well worth the trip! They were early to complete, and under budget for the customer pay portions of the repair order! More
Service Department Needs Help. Service Department (Bennett and Nick) are in complete disarray....... They didn't know my car was serviced there before, took 4 days to return an initial call, missed a major oil leak and a thermostat leak during a timing chain replacement. When I picked it up it smoked up a storm after pulling out of their drive way. Insulting since they claimed they test drove it and wanted to charge me another 167/diagnostic fee. They also threated to take my car legally after leaving me threatening messages saying my car was there for weeks. Odd.... considering I had paid my bill in full before picking it up and the guy who threatened me was the one who checked me out. They also claimed Mini was going to pay for the additional repairs only to retract the offer when I pointed all this out. More
My diagnosis was not completed before returned I brought my mini 2012 in for a hard shift in 1st gear. I spoke directly with the mechanic who was to work on it and informed him that I witj on cars and that I wanted the computer module reset and the transmission flushed and the transmission sensor tested. He only reset the computer and went straight to invoicing me a10,0000.00 transmission without completing the diagnosis that I paid for. Seems like a greedy dealer move going straight for the most expensive part and not finishing the diagnostic check. Then when I wanted to talk to sales to see if selling it would benefit more since the car was not worth the transmission sticker price I cold never get a call back from the sales staff. More
Professional and friendly staff! From the moment I drove into the service area, the staff greeted me with a friendly and welcoming smile. And, Merrie Thomsen is simply amazing. uuuggg run for the hills uuuggggg run, bought a 2012 Mini Countryman worst car ever and I have been buying cars since 1978.and the service expertise here is pretty but how sho uuuggggg run, bought a 2012 Mini Countryman worst car ever and I have been buying cars since 1978.and the service expertise here is pretty but how should i say dreadful when it comes to mechanics Where to start... run flat tires are good for a year may be a little more and try to find one when you are on a road trip, yikes. This year I finally bought a doughnut spare that sits in the boot and regular tires. At about 85,000 miles the car started to come unhinged. Took it into this dealer and they could not diagnosis the problem, they thought it was the spark plugs they put in at about 84,000 miles and recommended replacing them....me thinks not. Was finally diagnosed at Addison Automotive as a stretched timing chain. Curiously Addison also found that the spark plugs installed by Schomp were only finger tight. The other mechanics had a device to clean the valve seats and replaced the timing chain...runs fine now........ ......except last week The check engine light came on...hmmm bad sign. Guess what the thermostat has a problem that shows up at about 90,000 miles. Mini even has a $1,000 cure for the problem...uuugggg So far in one year I think spent close to $4,000 repairing this car...I expect more from a high end car last ... Always run premium gas, and stay away from ethanol if possible....and if you like a groovy feel, coffee machine and snacks this could be your place.... More
