Was so excited to purchase a 2019 Countryman. All was great until we went to apply for the financing. We were told that we had to use Mini Financing instead of our Federal Credit Union, we felt pressured great until we went to apply for the financing. We were told that we had to use Mini Financing instead of our Federal Credit Union, we felt pressured and were never given a valid reason of why. Asked to speak to a manager, Sean Salansky answered as a manager, yet he is listed as a Sales Associate. No Sean listed under Management. No one wanted to match our bank's rates or give us an incentive to finance with Mini. Clay was the middle man. Shady Sales. Double Talk. Lies. No valid reason. Must use Mini Financing. Not Good.
