Mini Countryman # 2 I’ve always loved this car....first acquainted in the 70s in London. Then they came to the US in droves. At some point in 2000 something, I knew this I’ve always loved this car....first acquainted in the 70s in London. Then they came to the US in droves. At some point in 2000 something, I knew this was my future car. I read reviews and thought the Mini mini was too small. Then....the Countryman.... there was my car! Driving is spiritual and emotional....not only functional. I’ve always needed to Love my car. In ‘16 my car was rear-ended, car totaled, and I showed up at Mini with my insurance check and drove off with my new Mini CM. A very happy 3 years ensued! Which led me to my current 2019 Mini CM! I built it! It’s all mine, and my 2016 is my daughter’s, whose college merit scholarships totaled 2 Minis.... hers and mine!!!! Btw...I consider Jason to be a friend now....and hope he visits Carbondale in the future.... btw, btw....he’s a great person and I’m twice his age!!! My son says my Mini suits me! More

Simple I think that my experience has been as good as it could be from long distance. Terrible Experience! Another terrible experience! Started working with Catherine (which was amazing) when I first inquired about a used vehicle at this dealership. She s Another terrible experience! Started working with Catherine (which was amazing) when I first inquired about a used vehicle at this dealership. She spent time sending me details about the car, taking video of some defects etc. Things were moving along nicely to make a deal, it was the weekend so I needed a business day to secure financing with my credit union. Unfortunately, she had to leave for the week and someone by the name of Corbin took over. Corbin was hard to get a hold of even after repeated, calls and voicemails he never returned my calls. Then I get a text from him saying they sold the car. After wasting my time on so many aspects, I spent the whole weekend planning my flight up from Southern California to pick up the car, booking a shipping company to ship the car along with financing with my credit union secured and and Corbin didn't even give me the common courtesy of securing the vehicle or giving me a heads up that there was additional interest in the car. Extremely upset about this. I suggest you be weary when purchasing a car from this dealership certain sales people only care about the sale and no common courtesy is given. I expected this from a janky used car dealership, but I didn't expect it from Schomp Mini. More
