Daryle went out of the call of duty to make this happen for us. He was supposed to be off at 6 and he had to go.to my moms house and get her to sign off on the old car. As a long-time MINI owner, Schomp was my go-to place to have my old MINI serviced. I was finally tempted after driving a new service loaner and thinking it was time. After eying a few different options I d have my old MINI serviced. I was finally tempted after driving a new service loaner and thinking it was time. After eying a few different options I decided to start looking into numbers and plan on getting into a new vehicle. I was planning on moving forward with a new vehicle later this Spring, but when I had an unfortunate event occur Clay and Jehan helped get me into a new vehicle quickly. I did lots of research and cross calculations to understand the pricing to the fullest extent. At first, I thought Clay might be thinking I was crazy. But his patience never faltered, I appreciated the time and patience he gave when letting me work through the numbers myself. I never felt pressured. Even when a quick sell might have been the quickest way to get me out of there he empowered ME to make the best decision. Jehan was amazing too. She had a very inviting presence and made sure the whole process was smooth and effective. Overall, the entire experience was top notch. They worked with my situation and helped me get into a brand new Countryman! I highly recommend Schomp MINI... from servicing my old MINI to purchasing my new one. They have all the bases covered! A clean, well appointed showroom with lots of friendly people who’s only job is to make sure you are taken care of and will do whatever they can to try and get you exactly what you are looking for.
