We came in without an appointment but everyone was very accommodating and Tyler was great to work with. From time to initially walking in to test drive to making the purchase was less than two hours. Clay was awesome from start to finish - and patient and responsive to all of my questions! He spent a ton of time with me on the phone first (since I live 1h30mins from Schomp) and then stayed late at the responsive to all of my questions! We placed a custom order for a new John Cooper Works Mini Cooper. Daryel and Ian went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the order was perfect and to keep us informed about the order as the car wa Cooper. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous and a real joy to work with. The day we picked up the car, it rained and Daryel went the extra mile by pulling it into a bay and shammying it off. He made sure the paperwork was completed perfectly and that all of our discounts were applied. He followed up afterward to check in.
