I've noticed a s As I finished up another visit to RMNP, my 2011 Hyundai Elantra was getting close to expiring the 2nd owner warranty of 60,000 miles. I've noticed a slight vibration at low idle at times, so before I headed back to Ohio, I'd have it checked out one last time. Grace handled my overall service time, introducing me to Rob, trying to figure out what may be going wrong, if anything. Just to make sure, she had Joey, I believe the Service Manager, go for a ride along to see if he noticed anything. He was aware of some consistent issues with low idles with my model and made sure the throttle body was cleaned up while informing me to use better gas in the future. By the time I arrived home, the rough low idle still exists, but not due to the fault of anything the service team at Shortline did. It was an amazing experience for someone simply passing through town. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If I had more space, I could go on and on about with more details, but I really want them to know how much I appreciated being treated like a next-door neighbor. It made my departure from the beauty of Colorado that much sweeter. THANK YOU! More
Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere for service repairs. They will make excuse after excuse as to why certain issues were not discovered or properly documented. I am no car expert and if I know more about my car then they do - you should run for the hills as fast as you can and take to another repair shop. More

awful service When I brought my car in for service, Heather was nice. I explained what the two issues were and spent 2 hours waiting. One problem was water dripping in below the glove box. The second issue was the loud noise coming from the front end. Heather tells me the car is good to go. I thought they had fixed my car but half way home it started leaking water into the car and the noise was still there. I must say for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited you would think they would have test driven the car before I left! I don't think I'll go back there for service again. They need to step up and get there act together! Disappointed customer.. More

Once again, she was so personal, friendly, and a main difference is that Amanda creates a truly personal relationship with her clients. That is so rare in my experience, especially these days.
