The service center is disrespectful and dismissive. I bought a service contract through the dealership for 4 oil changes a year.They only ever do just one and that is big problem to have that done. Dollars for a oil change that takes a least FIVE HOURS.The service Representative said I should have gone to the Mercedes Benz dealership for service. I wish I had it would have been cheaper and I would have been treated so much better. I have been going for two years on a five year service contract. I think this next service will be my last.It’s just not worth the aggravation and headaches to finish the contract out.Great buying experience.Horrible service Experience. More
Beth, the head mechanic Joey and the entire service team were fantastic! My family and I had our A/C die on us during a multi-state relocation. Two other Hyundai dealers in the Denver-Metro area didn't even were fantastic! My family and I had our A/C die on us during a multi-state relocation. Two other Hyundai dealers in the Denver-Metro area didn't even talk to us. But Beth, Joey and their team got us in for an emergency service and took great care of us. I can't thank these folks enough, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or service! More
Alexis was the most dismissive and disrespectful service rep I have dealt with, well at least since the last time I went to Schomp. I was a walk-in for service and Alexis did nothing but tell me she didn't rep I have dealt with, well at least since the last time I went to Schomp. I was a walk-in for service and Alexis did nothing but tell me she didn't have time, essentially telling me I wasted my time coming in. Nevermind that I had called ahead to make sure it was OK. When I told her this she went into a "I don't know if I want to deal with you" rant and repeatedly said she "wasn't in the mood", yet I was supposed to be in the mood for her attitude? This is the short version so I'll end it with the fact that the service and recall did get done and that the whole thing would have been quick and easy if Alexis just simply performed basic customer service instead of spending 10x the time and energy complaining. I did speak with the manager Bob Concie later that day and he did a fair job at customer service stating he appreciated my experience and feedback. But since this is the second time in a row I have had a similar experience here, it is clearly a systemic problem. More
A mistake was made during a 60,000 mile service. The car needed to be immediately returned to the dealership. Repairs were made and the customer was not charged for the mechanic’s mistake. Robert Harris Service Adviser went the extra mile and then another 100 miles to adjust the hood on my new Elantra. At first we did not get results with the body shop. Robert went the extra step, and did not give up on alignment of the hood. He went extra steps and had a body shop fix it. I am very impressed with his persistence and great customer service. Will Dias my original Client Adviser sat with me today to go over the many features of the phone and the main screen. I have read the information but this was so much easier and clear having Will cover these many items with me. My high compliments. More
