Friendly, not pushy at all, gave me the deal i wanted Fernando was so good. I found a Jeep that I really wanted at their dealership. When I sent an email asking for information, he emailed me back even Fernando was so good. I found a Jeep that I really wanted at their dealership. When I sent an email asking for information, he emailed me back even on a Sunday. He set up a meeting for the next day and I went home with my 08 Jeep that night. Fernando was not pushy at all. The greatest part was that I told him what I could afford and that I wanted to walk out of the dealership at that price. He went and talked to his boss, Rod, and within 5 minutes he came back and had haggled the price down for me to the exact price I wanted. It was such a great deal. I never had to do any of the work. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had. I would go back to Fernando if I ever need another car. He had it cleaned and gassed up and it looks like new. Thanks Shortline. More

After my great experience, I told my wife Kim about her as we were looking for a new SUV with our 2nd kid on the way, Amanda was my first call due to the way we were treated weeks prior when I received my car. Once again, she was so personal, friendly, and a main difference is that Amanda creates a truly personal relationship with her clients. That is so rare in my experience, especially these days.
