Better then a poke in the eye! From start to finish it was the easiest car that I have ever purchased! First day I looked at a car and drove it. Second day I drove a newer car more From start to finish it was the easiest car that I have ever purchased! First day I looked at a car and drove it. Second day I drove a newer car more options and great price. Filled out paper work. All in one hour. Went in on Saturday to pick the car up. Took about an hour and a half. They had me sign all the paperwork and showed me everything about the car. All total about 3 hours. My girlfriend bought a new car in November of 2014 and it took us 5 hours. So I will recommend Shortline Automotive! More

awful service When I brought my car in for service, Heather was nice. I explained what the two issues were and spent 2 hours waiting. One problem was water drippin When I brought my car in for service, Heather was nice. I explained what the two issues were and spent 2 hours waiting. One problem was water dripping in below the glove box. The second issue was the loud noise coming from the front end. Heather tells me the car is good to go. I thought they had fixed my car but half way home it started leaking water into the car and the noise was still there. I must say for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited you would think they would have test driven the car before I left! I don't think I'll go back there for service again. They need to step up and get there act together! Disappointed customer.. More
