We made an appointment for my daughter's windshield to be replaced since when we bought it it had a major crack. Got to the appt early even and was told it would be 2 hours to begin with. I get there and wait and wait so had to park and go in to get service. Drive it in and was told it'll be 3-4 hours. I asked if they had a loner since I had my disabled son with me and they told me i had to reserve it at the time I made an appt. Wish I knew that in advance and that it would take double the amount of time they promised to begin with. After a few hours I went back to ask how much longer and they totally ignored me. Went back AGAIN and they told me 40 mins. This was over an hour and a half ago. So as we're coming up on the 4 hour mark I decide to call and they tell me the person who I have to deal with phone is off or something and they would have him call me. This is utterly ridiculous since i have had made other plans since i was told it was only a 2 hour job and here I sit waiting for at their mercy praying my daughters car will be done by rush hour. I arrived here at 9:50 THIS MORNING. While I said the sales department is great and would refer them to everyone the service department has totally let me down and unfortunately has let me down and will not recommended them to ANYONE!! Sorry Ralph Schompp please hire more competent people like you have in your sales department to run your service department. They are totally incompetent. More

Exceptional Service I want to thank Julien the Service Manager, and all your great staff for the dedication to helping me with my 2008 Honda Odyssey that I had brought i I want to thank Julien the Service Manager, and all your great staff for the dedication to helping me with my 2008 Honda Odyssey that I had brought in to the Schomp Service Department in June 2016. I want to make sure that you all know how grateful I am for your help in problem solving the many issues on my van. I want to thank Jeff Geurin and Bill for figuring out the timing belt change and dealing with the difficult bolt that caused problems. After the major work was completed, I noticed a noise that I was concerned about and brought it in again several times to have it looked at. During my many visits Jeff always listened to what I had to say and was even so kind to jump right in to carry my heavy bike rack and put it in the rental car for me. I was so glad that they really listened to me and even had Terry the head mechanic come look at the van several times and take it for test drives. It reassured me that they did not think I was crazy and just hearing or making things up. I was relieved when Terry could hear the noise I was referring to. After they continued to look into the problem and never gave up, they finally found the root cause and took care of it. I am so thankful for all the professionals who helped me with my Honda Odyssey and the time they dedicated to taking care of my van. Do not go to this dealership My family and I had a AC problem with our Honda Odyssey while on a road trip through Denver. We took our van here and we were told the problem was wit My family and I had a AC problem with our Honda Odyssey while on a road trip through Denver. We took our van here and we were told the problem was with some hoses. After having our car for 3 days and saying they were fixing it we were told that they couldn't fix it and that we would have to continue our road trip with no AC. They continually promised phone calls throughout our experience and the few times they actually called us like promised it was hours late. I don't feel like they have any respect for families and would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
