Schomp Honda - Service Center

Whats making that noise? Bought a new Odessey in June at Schomp. In August it started making a weird sound. I live 700 miles from Denver in the west Texas desert so no going to Schomp for service. I went to two different Honda dealer each about 200 miles away and got no satisfaction. They were stumped because the noise was intermittent and did not get to hear it. My husband called the General Manager where we bought it who was sympathetic and HELPFUL. He put us in contact with Byron Klebold who had no immediate answer but went home and did some research and called back the next morning with a bulletin number which seemed to describe the problem we were having. When I was able to get to a "close" dealership I gave them the bulletin #, they ordered parts and fixed it. Thank you Byron. More

Excellent service and Amenities Excellent Service and Amenities!! This is my 2nd time at the new location and it is extremely comfortable and accommodating. Jarred greeted my promptly and understood the issues I was here for. I relaxed in the lounge with some popcorn and a nice beverage and enjoyed the wifi. Even one of the janitors was sweet and closed a blind for me to get the sun out of my eyes. Jarred came over to me to let me know everything was fixed and my car would be ready once they washed it for me. He checked me out right in my comfy chair. They couldn't figure out why my door would ge As a loyal Schomp buyer we had become increasingly more and more frustrated with our service at Schomp. They couldn't figure out why my door would get stuck and kept sending me home with no hope that it would ever be fixed. I also had other issues with a schomp oil lube on Belleview who spilled oil all over my car which in turn dumped oil all over my driveway. Frustrated, I walked into Schomp and asked to speak to a service advisor to speak my frustrations. I was greeted by Byron and Shaun Lewis. These guys from the start were very apologetic and helpful and wanted things to be right. I am happy to say my door is now fixed and the oil is cleaned up. They were very professional and renewed my loyalty for Schomp Honda. Thank you to these guys for finally making things right and helping a very frustrated odyssey owner out. More

Mechanics who know there Honda's 04 Accord 175k miles. Front end vibration on acceleration 50-60 mph. Took it to Brakes Plus, Discount Tire and Eagle Automotive in Ken Caryl area. 04 Accord 175k miles. Front end vibration on acceleration 50-60 mph. Took it to Brakes Plus, Discount Tire and Eagle Automotive in Ken Caryl area. 3 different diagnosis ranging from transmission rebuild (BP), front wheel bearings (EA) and engine mounts (DT) ranging from $2500-$1700. All estimates had flaws. EA even said that replacing wheel bearings wouldn't fix the vibration????Finally decided on Ralph Schomp. Quick diagnosis of bad front axles with estimate of $960. This diagnosis made perfect sense. Was pleasantly surprised to hear that they found less expensive replacement parts for me with a final bill of $620! More
