I brought the car in for a standard service. I called in the morning and was able to bring the car in that afternoon. This was a suprise. Normally I have been unable to get same day service at the dealershi the morning and was able to bring the car in that afternoon. This was a suprise. Normally I have been unable to get same day service at the dealership. So that was greatly appreciated and fit with my schedule perfectly. Ali was friendly and explained everything that was being done to the car including pricing. She even recognized that my car had been washed and suggested that the dealer not wash off the car as is normal practice. That was appreciated. The car was ready before the time promised and that was appreciated also. Overall a very nice experience. Thank you again. More
