This experience could have been a very bad one. Our 2010 Pilot was having symptoms of problems, with the Check Engine Light and VTM-4 lights coming on sporadically starting in January. We followed the guidance in the manual, reported the issues at a regular service, and finally, when the issue appeared again and manifested in a struggle to reach highway speeds among traffic (Weds, March 16th), I called and informed Schomp that I would be there soon so they could diagnose the repair requirement and plan for the repair. At this point, I expected to be able to borrow a car from my sister-in-law, and I expected to hear about how Schomp would not be able to work on our car until some distant day in the future. I was able to borrow my sister-in-law's car, but I did not receive push-back from Schomp. To the contrary, I was advised to not turn the car off and I'd hear back later in the evening regarding a plan of action. Ali called the next day to let me know that they were pursuing a factory warranty repair, because this issue seemed persistent. Later that day, she called to say the warranty repair had been approved, we were waiting on parts, and if all went well, our car would be ready the next Tuesday. She offered to find us a complimentary rental car. The next Tuesday, I called to find out if the car was ready. I finally reached Jason, who was backing up Ali while she was out. He let me know we'd not received our parts and found a car large enough to carry our family and our stuff. He kept me apprised of developments and progress. More
Everyone in the express service department is very friendly and the service is always quick. I like that I don't need an appointment, and they got me in right away. We tell everyone we know to go to Ralph Schomp! The parts department has also been really helpful. In our experience the people at Ralph Schomp treat everyone fairly and work hard to provide customer satisfaction. We have dealt with three Honda dealers through the years, and Ralph Schomp is far superior to the rest. If you live within 1 to 2 hours of Denver go to Ralph Schomp to buy your car (we recommend sales consultant Gary Taylor, but the others are nice as well). If possible go there for servicing as well! The prices for service are reasonable, and the services needed and done are explained fully by the staff. You never feel "ripped off" and you do feel like you are a valuable customer. I have purchased four hondas from this dealership and have been very satisfied by the service we have received both from the new car sales and the service department. I have been able to have my car tow have been very satisfied by the service we have received both from the new car sales and the service department. I have been able to have my car towed and the service department has made sure I had the car back the next day. My service mechanic Scott Mack is one of the best I have had the opportunity to deal with. I do not remember a time that I had to return to have a repaired redone. I am ready to buy a new car and although I have looked into other dealers I will be back to Ralph Schomp Honda to buy another car this summer. The decision to come back for a Honda is largely due to Scott Mack being there to mantain the car. Just waiting for that new Civic to come out!!! Thank you, Jeri Flynn More

I dropped off my car to change out a headlight on my way in to work. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. It actually only took them 20 minutes and I was on my way.
