I went to the dealership first to look into trading my 2006 pilot for a new one. I told Kyle that I had recently received two service quotes for $5000 and $4500, and that I was considering putting a few t 2006 pilot for a new one. We talked through financing and my personal situation and he really listened to me. He helped me decide to wait 6 months so I could get a better interest rate and said he was pretty sure the service I needed would cost far less there. He called the service department for me to find out. He was right. Not only did I save money, I learned that the other quotes were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. The entire experience was fantastic and I will come back to work with Kyle in 6 months when I am ready to get my new pilot. I am going to tell anyone who asks about my wonderful experience there. I had an emergency repair on Sat, May 14, when my college daughter's 2006 Element EX was vandalized in Boulder. The passenger side mirror was destroyed and was hanging by a wire. Johnny told me to bring the Element in as soon as possible and he would have it repaired since he had a new one in stock. I only had to wait about 70 minutes or so before the car was repaired, washed, and waiting for me on the west side of the building. The next story is just as complementary. As I was driving the Element away from the dealership, I noticed that Johnny had not replaced the small, round mirror that I had on the damaged mirror. These small, round mirrors go in the corner of the outdoor mirror and help immensely when trying to see if someone is in your blind spot on either the left or right side of the car. I returned to the dealership and Johnny immediately asked me if something was wrong. I told him the problem and he was very frustrated with himself for forgetting about this small, round mirror, which I had discussed with him when I first arrived. He immediately went into the parts area, returned with a single mirror, and proceeded to install it for me on the spot. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said he would take care of it (I noticed a $1.69 price tag on the mirror). Is this fantastic service or what??? I will never consider going to a dealership other than Ralph Schomp to purchase a car. Johnny always treats my wife and I (we also have a 2006 Pilot bot new from Ralph Schomp years ago) with the utmost respect. What a tremendous professional he is and a wonderful ambassador for Ralph Schomp. I hope you keep Johnny in mind when promotions come up at Ralph Schomp. You could not do any better than Johnny Nguyen!!! More

When I called Ralph Schomp to inquire about the radiator that was leaking & was purchased 2years & 9 mo ago, an appt was scheduled the very next day to appraise the problem. Jonny Nguyen checked right away, that was leaking & was purchased 2years & 9 mo ago, an appt was scheduled the very next day to appraise the problem. Jonny Nguyen checked right away, from purchase place & found out it had a 3 yr warranty. You were able to get new one installed while I waited & I only had to pay for labor, which made me very happy. Jonny was really on the ball in giving great customer service, by checking on the warranty. More
My experiences at Ralph Schomp Honda from new sales to service (most recently service) have always been friendly, helpful, professional and competent. Last Thursday, my car would not start in the parking service (most recently service) have always been friendly, helpful, professional and competent. Last Thursday, my car would not start in the parking lot of the office complex where I work in Aurora, CO. I called and spoke with Martin (?) and he explained it was probably the battery and if it was then it should be under waranty. He explained the electrical test they'd need to do etc... After a cowork was able to jump start my 2009 Honda Fit, I dropped it off that night before close. It was ready the next morning by 10am and there was no charge to me for these services. More

This experience could have been a very bad one. Our 2010 Pilot was having symptoms of problems, with the Check Engine Light and VTM-4 lights coming on sporadically starting in January. We followed the guidance in the manual, reported the issues at a regular service, and finally, when the issue appeared again and manifested in a struggle to reach highway speeds among traffic (Weds, March 16th), I called and informed Schomp that I would be there soon so they could diagnose the repair requirement and plan for the repair. At this point, I expected to be able to borrow a car from my sister-in-law, and I expected to hear about how Schomp would not be able to work on our car until some distant day in the future. I was able to borrow my sister-in-law's car, but I did not receive push-back from Schomp. To the contrary, I was advised to not turn the car off and I'd hear back later in the evening regarding a plan of action. Ali called the next day to let me know that they were pursuing a factory warranty repair, because this issue seemed persistent. Later that day, she called to say the warranty repair had been approved, we were waiting on parts, and if all went well, our car would be ready the next Tuesday. She offered to find us a complimentary rental car. The next Tuesday, I called to find out if the car was ready. I finally reached Jason, who was backing up Ali while she was out. He let me know we'd not received our parts and found a car large enough to carry our family and our stuff. He kept me apprised of developments and progress. More
