This is my 4th trip for service with your dealership and I am never disappointed with my experience there. I trust your technicians to honestly do what is needed on my vehicle and have never experience any "up selling" for unecessary service or parts. My vehicle is always washed and ready to go with a 30 minute heads-up when service will be finished. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you! More
EVERYONE in the shop was pleasant, polite, and professional. The time estimate was right on and the employee who helped me specifically was very respectful of me. I noticed other employees interacting with other customers in a similar manner. He explained the recommended repairs, pros and cons of completing them, and the amount of money it would cost. I didn't feel pressured, and it was exactly that amount of money he stated. I know that is expected, but all too frequently (not at Ralph Schomp) there are numerous extras added sneakily on to the final cost. It is refreshing to have employees tell you the honest, plain truth and not try to nickel and dime you into extras or things you don't need or want. I highly recommend Ralph Schomp whenever the subject of car sales or repairs come up. Thank you! More
My experience at Ralph Schomp w/ Jonny was great. My experience making the appointment, however, was not. I spoke with a woman named Rosemary. I had a lot of questions regarding the appointment, such as: how much? what does the 75K check-up include? can I get a ride to work? a ride back? These were very legitimate questions which needed answering before I could commit to a time/day, etc. But, I felt - the entire conversation - that I was being a big pain in the butt (for Rosemary). I almost cancelled. I was vey glad to be cordially greeted by your staff (as usual) upon my arrival and by Jonny in particular. He left me with a good impression of Schomp (as I have always had). Thanks for listening and thanks for finally sending me some coupons. I really appreciate that! Lori More
I have used Ralph Schomp for both sales and service for 11 years. I have been very pleased with their service. I have only one complaint and that is the use of coupons. I never have been able to used them, alway expired, at the time of my service. This visit was the first time I could use one and it was a big deal, it took quite a bit of time because of the new program they're using. Good luck with this! More

That was very annoying and disappointed that honda would make such a cheap piece for the visor? never in my life had a visor clip break. over all good experience with the service. Tell marketing to keep up with the coupons. love to use the dealer but hate paying high prices for basic car maintenance. More

Chris Catalano & Doug Honebein have been extremely helpful and they keep me informed of the service that my honda requires. They have been my service rep and mechanic since i purchased my CRV in August 2001. Rosemary has always been very pleasant and kind when i wait for my car to be completed. I live in colorado springs and feel it is very worthwhile for me to drive to littleton to Ralph Schomp where i know i will get excellent service for my CRV.
