I have been leasing cars from Ralph Schomp, and using their Automotive Service, for approximately 15 years. The sales person I have dealt with for the past several years is Alex Giner, who I always recom their Automotive Service, for approximately 15 years. The Service Department personnel have also been nothing but professional and friendly and have provided the best service available. They have exceeded expectations and are far ahead of any other service department I have dealt with at other dealerships prior to becoming a loyal Ralph Schomp customer. More
Great service as usual. All my questions answered, service explained in detail. They did experience a delay in retreiving my car after the service was done. At the same time I was waiting, a women standing near me had the same experience; they couldn't locate her car. Both of us waited more than 10 minutes for our cars to be brought to the pick up area? Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen to my description of what the issues were, and also didn't rush in trying to figure out the prob providing great service. Dealer has a user friendly web-site which made it extremely easy to make an appointment. Appointment was confirmed by email with the name of the service advisor. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted immediately and everything went smoothly and was well explained. Diagnosis was quick and the battery was changed out immediately. Might be a little more expensive than Sears or Firestone, but when these guys say the charging system is OK, I believe them. More
Didn't receive service at Ralph Schomp dealership, but rather at the Schomp express lube facility on Littleton Blvd. Greeting upon arrival was satisfactory at best. The cashier explaned what work was performed. Cashier was not very friendly and almost made it seem as if the facility was doing me a favor by performing the work.
