The only thing that is somewhat annoying is that there is never anyone around when I drop off my car for service the next day. Several people told me that "someone will be right with you", but why isn't thi never anyone around when I drop off my car for service the next day. Called for appt. for 1st oil chg on new car. Sent to quick lube on corner bldg. 1st come 1st serve. Told wait was one and a half hours to change oil. Can get better service at Jiffy lube. I am very responsible and will maintain my car at any price to ensure high performance. I realize that all of society buys cars and not all will change oil. I was very disturbed that the same enthusiasm in the sales area did not carry over into the service area. I understand that service must be performed at specific intervals to maintain the warranty, but the lack of caring was shocking. I guess I was expecting more . I do not remember names, but after expressing my discontent with the service, they did speed up the service for me, for which I was grateful. Other dealerships have lost my car, lost my car keys, and have other problems serving the public. I drive from Golden to your dealership for service which I may not do in the future. The warranty to me now is not that important. Thanks for listening. More

This was a routine oil change. My car was serviced in a timely fashion. When my car was ready, the bill was reviewed with me along with what was found on the brief inspection that was done. I know the price of your service has increased, but what hasn"t? Your employees were courteous. This is my third Honda Accord. This is the first one we purchased from Schomp. I have used Ralph Schomp for my vehicle from the orginial purchase date. This visit as well as all the rest have been handled very professionally. Each time I return to Ralph Schomp, I know that my experience will be great! The customer service and mechanical service of my vehicle have always been top notch. Apparently you did not read my previous reply. I did not have a good experience but will continue to use the Quick Lube and hope for better service. As previously stated, they took a car in that arrived after I did. When I left, I noted moter oil on the dashboard, steering wheel, window fram and the outside door frame and window. Apparently everywhere the mechanic touched my car, there was oil. It was quite noticeable as I had just detailed the inside of my car. More

My daughter bought a used Honda Accord last year as her first car and brought it to have it checked out and serviced at that time. The service department took good care of her and let her know about any s first car and brought it to have it checked out and serviced at that time. Johnny Nguyen helped us in the service department and we have come back because of the great customer service and care. Due to this great care, my son will be purchasing a used car in the new future and it will be a Honda and we will be using your service department for his car too.
