Schomp Honda - Service Center

Great experience all around I went in to have my car serviced (routine) and took some time while waiting (only an hour and they quoted 2-it might have been the first time that an I went in to have my car serviced (routine) and took some time while waiting (only an hour and they quoted 2-it might have been the first time that anyone has every finished early) to look at some new cars. The young man that helped me was amazing, showing me cars and their features WITHOUT a hard sell. It was a nice change. Then when my car was finished the service rep went beyond the call of duty and had the detail shop remove a paint scrape (free of charge) that I had not been able to remove. It took all of 5 minutes but it was done with such a sense of urgency on his part that I was in awe. This is the kind of dealership and service shop that sets a good example of everything that we should except from the whole. It was my first visit and will be my "go to" place from now on. I am a thrilled customer and have every reason to believe that I always will be. When I am ready to purchase, I will not go anywhere else because of the respect that they showed me. More

excellent service from customer service rep, Ali Guida! I was on the verge of cancelling my appt for service on my Honda, since the service center had been moved very far from where I live. However, I deci I was on the verge of cancelling my appt for service on my Honda, since the service center had been moved very far from where I live. However, I decided to keep the appointment since I had been happy with their past service. I met with Ali Guida, my service rep. She was knowledgeable, polite, helpful- and she made me feel that I had made the right decision in returning to Schomp for maintenance on my car.. I was extremely happy with the service. So, despite the fact that the dealership is so far from my home, I WILL continue to come to Schomp for future service. Ali Guida is to be complimented on her outstanding assistance. Schomp is LUCKY to have her on their staff. More

Airbag replacement and other issues We came in for airbag recall repair work.
