Just bought a 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L from Alex Giner at Schomp. This is the 15th car I've bought from this dealership. Also bought a BMW 325xi from Schomp BMW. I love that the cars have a known price. Nothing is more aggravating than celebrating your new car and finding out that a neighbor got theirs for $1000 less. I'm a tech person. All I want are the financial numbers and rational behind them. They give me the numbers. I tell them I'll be back in a couple of days. And I am. There is no high pressure selling. No "what do we have to do to make a deal today." No calls asking if I've made a decision or how they can get me to come back. It's a great process for me. If you like to haggle, you may prefer a different dealership. Read More Read Less

Gary Taylor on the sales floor was one of the lowest pressure car sales people I've ever dealt with. Great experience. Phil Bayer was in charge of adding extras to our new Pilot, and he went way beyon pressure car sales people I've ever dealt with. Great experience. Phil Bayer was in charge of adding extras to our new Pilot, and he went way beyond the minimum and really bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. GREAT service. One caution, though. We were not told by sales or business office people that the chrome bumper trim we ordered would need special care in winters when magnesium chloride is used to melt icy roads (or else pit easily) until the work was complete. I would not have asked for this $600 add-on if I'd known that at the time of the sale rather than hearing it from the service provider. Be aware, and ask the business office personnel if there is anything you should be cautioned about regarding your special orders. More

If you do your own research, you'll do fine at any dealership. I found the salesperson to not know their vehicles very well, and often they would misquote or inaccurately represent items that you cou dealership.
