Chris Catalano & Doug Honebein have been extremely helpful and they keep me informed of the service that my honda requires. They have been my service rep and mechanic since i purchased my CRV in August 2001. Rosemary has always been very pleasant and kind when i wait for my car to be completed. I live in colorado springs and feel it is very worthwhile for me to drive to littleton to Ralph Schomp where i know i will get excellent service for my CRV. I really liked how Chris handled the sale. There were several failed test drives and he patiently stood by even though the first one I drove was the one I ended up buying. I believe Chris was one of the main reasons I purchased that day (although the .9% APR was not a hindrance). Everyone I met and dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The only problem I ended up having in the end was when I had to call the dealership to set up a time to apply Resistall to my car. When I called, I was transferred around a few times and finally ended up at an answering machine without being told who I was talking to or why. It was almost as if they expected me to just know who I was talking to like I worked there. It was kind of a turn off, but I ended up calling Chris and he ended up saving the day again by getting me scheduled for 3 days after the call. As I said, everyone was superior in their abilities to cater to the needs of the customer, but the phone system transfers could use some work. Possibly have your employees say their title in the voice mail? More

I went to the dealership first to look into trading my 2006 pilot for a new one. I told Kyle that I had recently received two service quotes for $5000 and $4500, and that I was considering putting a few t 2006 pilot for a new one. I told Kyle that I had recently received two service quotes for $5000 and $4500, and that I was considering putting a few thousand as a downpayment on a new pilot instead. We talked through financing and my personal situation and he really listened to me. He helped me decide to wait 6 months so I could get a better interest rate and said he was pretty sure the service I needed would cost far less there. He called the service department for me to find out. He was right. Not only did I save money, I learned that the other quotes were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. The entire experience was fantastic and I will come back to work with Kyle in 6 months when I am ready to get my new pilot. I am going to tell anyone who asks about my wonderful experience there. We went in with low expectations after being lie to ONLINE by another local dealership. However, I did note they RS has an A+ BBB rating. I soon learned why. They don't work on commission, so no hig ONLINE by another local dealership. However, I did note they RS has an A+ BBB rating. I soon learned why. They don't work on commission, so no high pressure tactics you see at other dealers; They are on salary, so there was 0 pressure. We ended up getting a VERY VERY NICE leather trim with wood inlay, DVD equipped '06 Honda Pilot. The salesperson, Finance, Manager and Finance manager bent over backwards for us. Having your employees on salary makes a HUGE difference from the usual dealership. I drove from Wellington, CO to go there... and my next vehicles will be from them as well (and we have a Honda dealership 7 miles away!). You can't go wrong, they actually seemed to care about my family getting a reliable vehicle, and we ended up getting a much nicer and better vehicle than we had hoped for! More

I had an emergency repair on Sat, May 14, when my college daughter's 2006 Element EX was vandalized in Boulder. The passenger side mirror was destroyed and was hanging by a wire. Johnny told me to bring th daughter's 2006 Element EX was vandalized in Boulder. The passenger side mirror was destroyed and was hanging by a wire. Johnny told me to bring the Element in as soon as possible and he would have it repaired since he had a new one in stock. I only had to wait about 70 minutes or so before the car was repaired, washed, and waiting for me on the west side of the building. The next story is just as complementary. As I was driving the Element away from the dealership, I noticed that Johnny had not replaced the small, round mirror that I had on the damaged mirror. These small, round mirrors go in the corner of the outdoor mirror and help immensely when trying to see if someone is in your blind spot on either the left or right side of the car. I returned to the dealership and Johnny immediately asked me if something was wrong. I told him the problem and he was very frustrated with himself for forgetting about this small, round mirror, which I had discussed with him when I first arrived. He immediately went into the parts area, returned with a single mirror, and proceeded to install it for me on the spot. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said he would take care of it (I noticed a $1.69 price tag on the mirror). Is this fantastic service or what??? I will never consider going to a dealership other than Ralph Schomp to purchase a car. Johnny always treats my wife and I (we also have a 2006 Pilot bot new from Ralph Schomp years ago) with the utmost respect. What a tremendous professional he is and a wonderful ambassador for Ralph Schomp. I hope you keep Johnny in mind when promotions come up at Ralph Schomp. You could not do any better than Johnny Nguyen!!! More
