At the same time I was waiting, a women standing near me had the same experience; they couldn't locate her car. Both of us waited more than 10 minutes for our cars to be brought to the pick up area? Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make is that after we were told the price and agreed on it we were then told we would have to pay for extras that were already on the car. I am always treated well and promptly when I come in for service and work was performed during the time frame that they said it would and I was out in a half an hour.
