I have been leasing cars from Ralph Schomp, and using their Automotive Service, for approximately 15 years. The sales person I have dealt with for the past several years is Alex Giner, who I always recom their Automotive Service, for approximately 15 years. The Service Department personnel have also been nothing but professional and friendly and have provided the best service available. They have exceeded expectations and are far ahead of any other service department I have dealt with at other dealerships prior to becoming a loyal Ralph Schomp customer. More
My visit to Ralph Schomp was nothing but positive. From the beginning I felt they were giving great CUSTOMER service, and not trying to make a sale. Great service as usual. All my questions answered, service explained in detail. They did experience a delay in retreiving my car after the service was done. Usually it is parked at the pickup area, and I jump right in, but the car was not there, and the gentlemen working with me had to go and find it. At the same time I was waiting, a women standing near me had the same experience; they couldn't locate her car. Both of us waited more than 10 minutes for our cars to be brought to the pick up area? Not sure what happened. More

Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make is that after we were told the price and agreed on it we were then told we would have to pay for extras that were already on the car. He took the time to listen to my description of what the issues were, and also didn't rush in trying to figure out the prob providing great service.
