I have been leasing cars from Ralph Schomp, and using their Automotive Service, for approximately 15 years. The Service Department personnel have also been nothing but professional and friendly and have provided the best service available. Great service as usual. All my questions answered, service explained in detail. They did experience a delay in retreiving my car after the service was done. At the same time I was waiting, a women standing near me had the same experience; they couldn't locate her car. Both of us waited more than 10 minutes for our cars to be brought to the pick up area? Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make is that after we were told the price and agreed on it we were then told we would have to pay for extras that were already on the car. He took the time to listen to my description of what the issues were, and also didn't rush in trying to figure out the prob providing great service.
