Avoid this dealership if you have a trade-in I am normally not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed after going to Schomp Honda. We had the title in our vehicle and pre-qualifi I am normally not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed after going to Schomp Honda. We had the title in our vehicle and pre-qualification with the bank ready to go. We drove an hour and a half to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle. Test drove it and ended up really liking it. We get back to the dealership and they are a no haggle dealership so they can’t negotiate with price at all, which they were $3,000 over NADA retail on anyways but we figured it being a Honda it would last forever so it is what it is. The employees we dealt with there were very professional, respectful, and not pushy at all, but when they came back with our trade in value they set down a piece of paper showing trade in on NADA was X, but they were only willing to give me X-$1500.00, they wouldn’t negotiate at all. Knowing that NADA is good way of knowing the value of the vehicle it was hard for me to swallow losing another $1500 on our trade when we were already paying $3,000 over retail for the vehicle. They told us it was the higher management that make the decision on trades, just figured having all my ducks in a row and them showing me what I should get but coming in $1500 less was a slap in the face. Being a Pro athlete in the community I have a pretty big extensive network of people that I always try and support and refer business to places that deserve it, but in this case I have to say I would tell everyone not to go there if you are trading in your vehicle, you’re just going to get hit with the higher mark-up of the dealership and get cut a lot more on your trade than is fair. I spoke with other dealerships that unfortunately do not have the car we are looking for but getting the trade in value off NADA seemed very easily obtainable so we will be taking our business, and money elsewhere. Big waste of a day with my family. More

The sales staff was friendly and eager to help without any unneeded pressure. Let's face it, Honda vehicles sell themselves and I could have purchased the truck anywhere. It is now April 2015 and I have returned over the past 18 months for required services. The staff is still friendly and there to help and will answere any questions without pressure of any kind. The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional about their work. Great people to deal with. More

But after just a few minutes, I felt comfortable with the courtesy and respect that Tim showed, and he gave me an immense amount of information that helped me make the best decision possible. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best of everything, including customizing my warranty and working diligently to get me the lowest APR possible, contacting multiple institutions on my behalf. Even other associates were friendly and smiling, offering coffee or anything else to make me feel welcome. The test drive went perfect, and they even filled it with upgraded gasoline for me. I have an amazing AWD vehicle that is only 3 years old, and I couldn't be happier with the decisions I made and the support I have in the future. Thanks, Schomp! And thank you especially, Tim :) More

I love the car and everything about it except when it comes to Gap Coverage. I was informed that it would transfer when I would refiance the car. I just refianced on 12-2-14 and found out from CNA that is not the case. I contacted the dealer and was told that since I did not pay for it separate and included it with the contract then I couldnt get a refund. All that was disclosed at the time of signing was a 60 day cancellation. I then called and talk to the sales manager in charge and she said whoever claimed that I couldnt get a refund was wrong. I appreciated her help in the matter. I would go back to Schomp and recommend them, just wished everyone there was on the same page before telling their customers information. More

We have had our vehicles in for several different issues which the fine crew at Schomp has handled very well. The most impressive thing about dealing with Schomp Service is that I enjoy it. The attitude of the people makes all the difference. The service is top notch in all respects. The service manager, Jim Thurman, takes care to listen to our needs and fully answers all questions, enabling us to make a good decision. The team that handles the repairs is excellent. They are professional and courteous at all times. Terry, Brady, Rob and everyone else we've dealt with are genuinely interested in making sure we're happy with the outcome. Brought the car back in 24hrs and 10 days later they processed my loan charge me for a car that I didn't even have (sales didn't even tell financing we returned the vehicle) - awful worst experience ever! I wouldn't trust their Service shop to work on my bicycle! They overfilled the oil and the radiator overfill tank was bone dry, ridiculous! More
