He presented a fine appearance, was very personable, and we began my operation to buy a New Accord. He had a very comprehensive knowledge of the Honda Accord and all the other Honda products. We discussed all the upgrades and he was very solicitous and concerned about my purchase. We went on a test drive. He answered all my questions and demonstrated the driving mechanisms of the car. The next day, I returned for a drive in the Accord EX S and met with Jin Pak, who was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and discussed altitude and car performance after Jose had done that first, the day before. On Day 3, I decided to buy the car and my wife, Julie and I met with Jose. He was superb in that long encounter. He answered Julie's questions expertly. We did another test drive. We bough the car. Our daughter was in lock down because of a possible shooting at Rose Hospital during our discussion and he called us on Saturday afternoon to see how things had worked out for us. I made an appointment with him and was there on time. However, he was unavailable. I imagine he was with another customer. I waited over 20 minutes for somebody to help me. I had been in the previous week, test drove the car, fell in love with it, but wanted to think about it to be sure that was what I wanted. So when I went in the second time I was ready to buy the car. I did drive my new car home and have been very happy with it but I question why I was told to make an appointment only to find out it didin't seem to make a difference than if I had just walked in. Due to time constraints I went back to the dealership a couple day later to have a Product Specialist explain all the bells and whistles of the car. Hannah was the young lady that helped me and she was very thorough and patient. Answered all my questions completely. More
