The only one of those individuals I’m taking the time to review is Anna Wright, who was hands down the best salesperson we’ve ever worked with. Anna was pleasant, professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the new and used cars we looked at. One of the most impressive traits about working with her aside from her knowledge of the cars is that she is trustworthy. As an example, I asked a very specific, technical question about a used car (one that probably no salesperson would be expected to know, especially in a non-Honda), and Anna without hesitation said she did not know but would find out the answer for me—based on past experience, many of the other salespeople I’ve worked with would just make up an answer and give the wrong information rather than answer truthfully and make the effort to find the right answer. I really respected and appreciated that. She was wonderful with my wife and our kids and she made the process of car shopping fun and joyful, which it really should be but so rarely is. We ultimately purchased a car elsewhere based solely on finding the right used car for us at another dealership, but we wish we could have bought our car from Anna. More

Whats making that noise? Bought a new Odessey in June at Schomp. In August it started making a weird sound. I live 700 miles from Denver in the west Texas desert so no going to Schomp for service. I went to two different Honda dealer each about 200 miles away and got no satisfaction. They were stumped because the noise was intermittent and did not get to hear it. My husband called the General Manager where we bought it who was sympathetic and HELPFUL. He put us in contact with Byron Klebold who had no immediate answer but went home and did some research and called back the next morning with a bulletin number which seemed to describe the problem we were having. When I was able to get to a "close" dealership I gave them the bulletin #, they ordered parts and fixed it. Thank you Byron. More

I took the vehicle in for preventive maintenance - oil change & front brake work. The service advisor - Ali Guida (#2140) is top drawer and like a member of the family. The new "waiting" area is pleasant and its convenient to stroll around and look over the new cars in the attached show room. While there I spoke with Byron Klebold (service management?) Mr. Klebold double checked on the work to be done to my satisfaction. More
