I brought my explorer in to have a cooling fan relay, horn harness and fuel door worked on. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for a friday morning appointment and was told 24 to 36 hours for diagnosis horn harness and fuel door worked on. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for a friday morning appointment and was told 24 to 36 hours for diagnosis. Called for an update on Saturday and the service advisor had zero answers and was told the tech was off so no work was completed. Call again Monday for an update found out that the cooling fan relay was part of a recall but tech was pulled off my vehicle to work on another vehicle for another tech (still no work completed. Call Tuesday for an update still no answers on the fuel door or the horn and tech refused to diagnose other problems till the recall is completed. Asked to speak with the service manager and was told their in a meeting and still no call back. Now I've worked at a dealership so I understand I'm not the only customer and I know parts take time but to have zero communication (unless I call them) or progress on my vehicle after 4 working days is inexcusable and makes no sense why the tech wouldn't look at the other issues to get parts ordered to push vehicles out faster is beyond me by the end of day 5 only the recall was finished. I refused the other parts of the ticket to go elsewhere to have the repairs completed. If less then 1 star was a option I'd give it 0 stars More
My vehicle has been sitting there for a month now. I understand we had holidays, diesel techs are limited at dealers etc, I’m not unreasonable. The service advisor Miguel has been awful, bare minimu I understand we had holidays, diesel techs are limited at dealers etc, I’m not unreasonable. The service advisor Miguel has been awful, bare minimum communication, no updates without my follow-up and zero concern for getting your vehicle back to you. Edit: I was really hoping to be able to turn this review into a positive one, but it does not look like that is going to happen. I received a call immediately after posting this review from Miguel (our service advisor) he gave me a more thorough update on the diagnosis of the vehicle, which he had not bothered to do the whole time it had been there. He also said they would get the vehicle in to look at, but "management would want to see the negative review removed before bringing the vehicle in". I told him I would not be adjusting or removing the review until this situation was made right. I later got a call from the service manager Rick. He did seem genuinely concerned about making this situation right. I told him I planned to tow the vehicle somewhere else. He assured me the vehicle would be pulled in within a week and would not be pulled out until it was finished. So I agreed to allow them to make it right. They brought it in as promised on January 26th, I approved all repairs as soon as the work order came through and the vehicle got pushed back out of the bay. On January 31st I was told the vehicle was on the schedule for the second week of February. Here we are February 15th and the vehicle still has not made it into the shop. The only response I got was a "we had a delay". Bottom line is unless you don't need your vehicle do not take it here, because it's no different than taking it to a junkyard and they don't stand by anything they tell you. Our vehicle has been there 58 days and counting, with no sign of repairs happening anytime soon. More

I agree with the other reviews. This dealership will damaged your car. I brought my brand new 2023 explorer in for some fun upgrades. I wanted the windows tinted and the ford emblem This dealership will damaged your car. I brought my brand new 2023 explorer in for some fun upgrades. I wanted the windows tinted and the ford emblems replaced front and back. We got the car back and they damaged the wheel wells broke the plastic on both sides. When we took it back in my biggest fear was that they would damage my car again and they did! They dented the body of the car and because they could not install the front bumper correctly it ended up in a body shop and the car was only a month old. They did not call me or my husband to let us know that the bumper had to be pulled off to install the emblem - and found out after we spoke to the GM Chris they did not know that either. In effort to express our unhappiness and the damage to my brand new car I realized that the reason the experience was so terrible was coming from the top down. Chris basically told me to take my log time business elsewhere and that was my only option, and that is was just a car, what would happen if I drove off the lot and it got wrecked ? I was completely disgusted. This is my third purchase from this dealership and my family’s 7th Ford. After leaving his office with our issues unresolved. They didn’t put all the pieces back together so the car rattles now. I can’t tell you how heart breaking it is to have a brand new car damaged multiple times by these idiots. The maintenance manager Rick has the same bad attitude and poor customer service approach. They thought a $100 refund for the emblem they installed that dented my car and a detail ( on a new car ) was a peace offering. Honestly it just made me more upset. I didn’t need money or the car cleaned I wanted my car delivered in the same condition I gave it to them NEW. I will be taking my long term business elsewhere Ralph Schomp doesn’t care and I can spend my hard earned money at any dealership as encouraged by Chris. Now the brand new explorer I hoped to love and drive for a long time makes me feel like I need to trade it in because there is no telling the extent of the damage to the parts I can’t see. I had to leave a review here because magically I didn’t not get the standard leave a review for your service through them. Strange when you normally get them after each service. I would think twice before buying at Ralph Schomp or bringing your car in for service. More
Had a scheduled appointment to replace the driver's door key lock on my F-150, which was removed by vandals in a break in. Scheduled the appointment more than a week in advance. Told them exactly what the s key lock on my F-150, which was removed by vandals in a break in. Scheduled the appointment more than a week in advance. Told them exactly what the service appointment was for. Dropped it off the night before so it would be "first in line" for my scheduled 8:00 am service appointment. This truck has been serviced before at this location, so they had the information on what it was. 17 days later it is still not done. Also can't tell me when it will be done. More
