The process for buying my vehicle through Schomp was very pleasant. We arrived, as scheduled, for our test drive at 8:45am on the morning of Mar 7. We told the staff that we were exremely tight on time and that time restraint seemed to be respected throughout the day. We didn't have to arrange for anyone else to pick our kids up at school! When I first got test-drove the vehicle, I loved it! My wife, however, was turned off by vehicles' lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs, trash, and other unidentified (and frankly, I don't want to know) 'stuff' left in the Tahoe from the previous owner in the rear cupholders, in the cracks of the seats, and in the seat mounts. This is something that can be easily overlooked if those items were cleaned out when the vehicle gets detailed prior to delivering it to us. We were dissapointed to find that the mess was still there when we took the new car. Since we live an hour away from the dealership, we resolved to just finish 'detailing' the Tahoe ourselves. This took us about two hours to complete once we got home--so, instead of completely enjoying the new car fealing, we spent time cleaning up someone else's mess in our new $30,000 purchase. The cleaning that we did was something that I would have expected to have been done by the time we test-drove the vehicle in the first place. The dissapointment is that we drove the car at 8:45am and didn't leave the dealership until 1:45pm. The detailing was left to the last 20 minutes before we had to leave, so we don't place blame on the detailing staff--they did all they could do with the time permitted! The detailing work done on our car seemed to be a quick vacuum and oily wipedown of the car's interior and a quick trip through the car-wash. In this case, the Schomp staff was aware that we were coming to look at this particular vehicle the day before we arrived and it was still not ready for us based on the standards that I would expect from a high-end BMW car dealer--even for a used car purchase! That said, this is our only complaint. I would still recommend Schomp to family and friends, but would caution them to beware of the vehicles cleanliness if buying a used vehicle from your dealership. Regards, Tyler Olson More

My wife and I waited for the car in your fantastic lobby, browsed the cars in the lobby and were always greeted with a smile and hello and asked if there was anything we needed. Steve got us when the car was finished and informed us they had a found a few nails in the summer tires and took care of those for us. The car was also washed, what a treat!. We are always treat so well in your store and taking our car in for service at your dealership is never a bad thing. Took the 03 bmw 330xi in for a tire pressure monitor light that had be recurrent. The maintenance team ensured to take the extra time to track down all possible causes and ensure the repair was complet light that had be recurrent. The repair took a few days but I was kept up to date with the troubleshooting and in the end a repair that had many unusual faults and would have likely taken several trips back and forth was fully fixed in one trip. This is very important to me since I live over 70 miles away. More

My husband Craig and I had started our "dream search" about 3 weeks ago, just prior to my going to Canada on a business trip. I wasn't even sure that I would afford the luxury of a BMW...I have search" about 3 weeks ago, just prior to my going to Canada on a business trip. I wasn't even sure that I would afford the luxury of a BMW...I have a very good little economic car and I'm happy with it. But the lure of the BMW has been part of me all my life, so we just went "to look." We saw the car that we bought in your lot on a Sunday and it seemed as perfect for us as we now know it is. So when we went back this past Saturday (just to "test drive--we were NOT going to buy anything!") we fully expected it to be gone (2011, low miles, great features, etc.) but it wasn't. So, Craig went into the showroom and met Jim Merrell whom brought out the keys to the car and began to shepherd us through the best experience either of us has ever had purchasing a car! Jim was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, responsive and so very competent from beginning to end. He explained a lot about the car prior to our test driving it. He explained about Schomp and your no-haggle/no-hassle policy, and that he was the person with whom we would work through the entire process (very good news to us!). And then he showed us what our costs would be and gave us a spot-on idea of financing through our credit union. The car, the figures, the salesman--all made the decision to purchase our car at Schomp a no-brainer! Jim set us up with Corrie, a very professional and knowledgeable young woman as well, who took us through all the features of the car, programmed our phones and our garage door opener, and gave us her card to call her if we had any questions. She stayed after hours to do this, not seeming rushed but pleased to be helping us. She even drove the car to the front of the company so we would have it when we finished all the paperwork with Jim (who also stayed late to fiinish up with us as well!) This is the most expensive car I've ever purchased and I usually have huge buyer's remorse when purchasing a house or anything of a larger caliber than a coat! I admit to a little of that, but it cannot be denied that this car, combined with a stellar experience with Jim and Schomp, is right for us. And the icing on the cake--you filled the gas tank for us! I've never had that happen before. We will definitely--and already have--relay this story to friends and family and suggest Jim and Schomp to anyone who is looking for not only a high quality car, but the highest quality experience!
