Friendly and helpful staff I was attracted to the Schoepp northeast dealership by a great advertised price on a vehicle that I saw on CarSoup.com. I spoke to Russell on the phone about it and arranged a test drive appointment. Russell said that the advertised price was with a trade-in and that there was a "push, pull, or drag" trade-in event in progress, which was great because I had been dreading having to try to sell my old pickup, which was great mechanically but needed paint and a new rear bumper, and I thought that I might not be able to use it as a trade in.. I was impressed during the test drive and Russell suggested other vehicles that might be of interest, and I drove one of those also. I ended up buying the vehicle that I had originally called about. Nathan helped me with questions I had about financing and I am satisfied that I got a fair financing arrangement with his assistance. A good overall experience. More

I needed a car right now!!! Schoepps East to the rescue! I needed a car right away. Three kids dived in on me from college for the summer and our existing car was not safe. I went on line and found a JEEP wi I needed a car right away. Three kids dived in on me from college for the summer and our existing car was not safe. I went on line and found a JEEP with a factory warranty and while I was looking at it, Randy Sosinski contacted me and I set up an appointment to go meet him after work. I could not get there until 6 pm. He showed me around the lot and was very professional. He showed me some vehicles that were more expensive than the car I wanted and some that were less expensive. After hearing my story, he agreed the Jeep I had picked out was the best choice. The financial expert was still there and she worked magic to make this car happen for me. Amy and Randy made my whole summer by staying after hours and making this affordable and happen right now!!! They took my trade in and I was out the door by 7:30. I WILL buy my next car from them also. More
