I was sold a LEMON by Greg Intelkofer, Jeff Strange along with Jeff made false mileage information in my sales contract on 4/23/2013. On 8/31/2013 my vehicle breaks down out of town. I then had to take my with Jeff made false mileage information in my sales contract on 4/23/2013. On 8/31/2013 my vehicle breaks down out of town. I then had to take my car to a ford dealership in Milwaukee. I contact Schoepps and the Warranty Company (Capital Warranty Services) and was told that none of the following were covered by by warranty (power steering belt, drive belt and tensioner, B tensioner, C V-belt, and AA V-belt a total of $382.60. Plus I had to get a rental car and hotel to accomidate my family over the holiday weekend. On the evening of 11/20/2013 my heat in my car stopped working, I had my car towed to Schoepps in middleton on 11/21/2013. I spoke with Ryan Colby in the shop on 11/24/2013 and he stated that according to a device they have a the shop my engine light was on for seven miles and that meant my car was overheating. I explained to him that in past experience in other vehicles I have owned that the temperature light would light up, and the vehicle would be hot to touch or smoking if in fact the car was overheating. Ryan goes on to say that the car was driven for seven miles after the engine light was on and therefore the water pump failed and fried my engine. He then goes on to say that he was sending a report to Capital Warranty Services for the claim but that they would deny it because I according to their device drove my car for seven miles. Ryan also stated that an inspector from Capital Warranty Service would inspect the vehicle to determine if my repairs would be covered. I then called Capital Warranty Service and spoke to Wanda and learned that they had not sent an inspector and still denied my claim, I was also told that if I wanted to have my car inspected by the warranty company(which is based in Florida) that I would be obligated to pay for the inspection despite their final decision on the repairs. After I reluctantly agreed to the ridiculous request she promised to put in the order for the inspection. As of 12/5/2013 I had not heard from neither schoepps nor the Warranty company, so I decide to make a visit to Schoepps Middleton. I gathered some personal information from the vehicle and I also asked to speak to the person in charge. After being treated invisible by the front desk receptionist as she chatted with a sales rep I was finally able to speak with Dale Schoepp, for my own personal records I recorded this entire event. At this time Dale Schoepp, pretended to be concerned by the fact that I had purchased three vehicles from his company and was having such a hard time. He also talked to several employees to portray that he was actually concerned and working towards a resolution. He then had me follow him into a office and stated that he would try and work something out even possible putting me into a different vehicle. He also promised me that he would call me that same day around four in the afternoon. At that time we both got up and headed towards the door, it was at that time that (Per this website I have been asked to omit the truth as to what occured in the office.) Needless to say Dale Schoepps never called, nor did Ryan Colby or Stan the manager at the service department or any representative from Capital Warranty services. I called schoepps again on Monday 12/9/2013 and asked to speak to Dale Schoepps, at this time he pretended to have no recollection of our conversation which was recorder. He also stated he called me, I then asked did you leave a message and he stated no. He then proceeded to state that the engine would not be covered and that the Ryan or the representative from Capital Warranty were supposed to have called me. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I have received from Schoepps, I am not sure if this is typical treatment for all of their customers, or if poor treatment is only applicable to their certain customers!!! When I bought my used car at a different Schoepps location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to obtain a 2nd key and was quoted $115.00 for a valet key. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they would give me a valet key at no cost. Or I could pay $115.00 towards the key with the remote buttons and they would pay the rest. I opted for the key with the remote buttons. The key was programmed within the estimated time frame. When I went to pay the bill, I was informed by Patrick that there would be no charge to me. They wanted to make things right and they definately did. Their customer service was excellent today. They went above and beyond the call of duty! My sincere thanks "for making things right" for the customer. Debbie Feiner More

I just wanted to say thanks to Rick. He helped us out when Patrick was out of the office. We had purchased a new (to us) vehicle at Schoepp and we realized that it was due for an oil change when we boug when Patrick was out of the office. We had purchased a new (to us) vehicle at Schoepp and we realized that it was due for an oil change when we bought it and it also had a small chip in the windshield. Rick set us up with an oil change at Schoepp and a professional auto glass repair free of charge to us. The oil change took 10 minutes and the glass repair guy came to my workplace and fixed it while I was working. Thanks again, Rick & Schoepp. I'd recommend them to anyone, even to talk someone out of buying a new car! More
