Emailed on March 26th general questions about a camaro they had for sale. Since I live in iowa and was 3 hours away I wanted specific info as to not make a wasted trip. His next email was one sentence and It was out state pricing (no breakdown) and stated that it depended on if i was in state. I told him i was from out of state and reiterated 3 hours away and what i needed to review. His next and last email asked for my cell for the startup video and that the car was in great condition in the showroom. No email was more than 3 sentences. I told him he could attach to an email with the rest of info requested and I never heard anything back after that. Must not want to sell the car that badly. Poor salesmanship. I also had questions as to what tires were actually on the car as the pic had 20 inch performance setup but later in the ad said 18 in all season. Kind of shady unless providing both in which case...why wasn't that said in the listing. Wouldn't recommend. Ill take my business somewhere else. More

As repeat customers of Schoepp Motors West, we bought our second Honda Odyssey from Patrick Rogalla with the expectation of the same level of service we received the first time. Unfortunately, this experience has left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. Patrick pushed hard for us to purchase the van the same evening we came in. We arrived at 7:00 p.m. and, in the dark, overlooked several red flags. The vehicle still had bits of trash inside and hadn’t been detailed. The middle-row center seat was missing entirely—Patrick assured us it was simply an “optional” item. We also noticed blurs and distortion on the windshield; he told us it was the original factory glass. We later found out it was a replacement. He likewise dismissed rusty rotors by saying the rust would disappear after normal driving. The next day in natural light the truth became obvious: the windshield was a poorly installed replacement, the trim wasn’t seated correctly, and the other issues were exactly as we had feared. When we politely asked the dealership to correct the windshield, we were met with complete silence. Calls and emails went unanswered for days. When we finally reached Patrick, he informed us he was too busy and that post-sale issues were no longer his responsibility. We were then passed to Craig Blevins, who promised to contact the glass vendor but never followed through. Weeks later we have received no further communication and feel they are simply waiting for us to give up. It’s heartbreaking to feel dismissed after placing our trust in them twice. We accept that we should have insisted on a daylight inspection, but we never expected a dealership we had done business with before to treat us this way. If you’re thinking of buying from Schoepp Motors West, please take your time, inspect everything carefully in good lighting, and don’t count on support after the sale. We certainly won’t be returning. More
