The dealership is one that I have great respect for, I bought a total of three cars from them over almost 20 years. They have always given me the complete explanation for all services that might be needed, advisement on care of the car, and I especially like the videos that the mechanics do showing you a complete look over of the car and what’s been done and what’s coming up next. My service rep is excellent. Shevawn Berg has been very helpful for me throughout the times that I have worked with the dealership. Do I live out of state? They performed recall work on a Saab which had been purchased at another dealership years before. Schmelz coordinated the work which required two days. Everything was done on schedule.
