I had never turned in a lease before so naturally had a lot of questions. It would have been closer to home to turn in at Westside but a lot more hassle. Ralph answered all of my questions and even tracked down answers specific to the excess wear and tear, the pre-turn in inspection, and specifics. He did this all at no benefit to himself because I had already leased a new vehicle with a similar brand and he wasn't my original sales person. I should also mention that throughout the duration of the lease I had excellent service especially from Cesar. Thanks, schmelz!!! More

Went in for an oil change, got my car back with a burnt out I bought my car there In 2012, had it serviced ever since. Went in for an oil change, and as soon as I got it back my gear box was all screwed up. Tho I bought my car there In 2012, had it serviced ever since. Went in for an oil change, and as soon as I got it back my gear box was all screwed up. Thought nothing of it, till it progressively got worse. Forced them to look at it Monday as they wanted me to wait. They looked at it and said it's going to caused me 2500 to fix the clutch, as there was no documentation of them ruining anything. Took it euroworks in Woodbury, and the suspect a tech burnt out the clutch. Mind you, my car has 26k miles and I've driven a Manuel for about 7 years. I don't wanna scream foul-play, But I will say they have kids there that may not know what their doing. Not servicing my car there anymore.. it's a dealership, NOT a workshop More

I work in a similar atmosphere so I had high expectations for communication. I went in the day before my appointment for an impromptu test drive and met with Ralph, who was very friendly and made the demo comfortable and engaging. After a bit of a bumpy start the next day (Internet down, had to wait a few hours before we could apply for financing and sign out), Christine handled my purchase with care and put me into a car I had been searching for quite sometime for an excellent price. I had a toddler with me the whole time, and she brought toys to keep her busy. The ONLY thing I wish would have been different - my vehicle was scheduled to get new brake equipment and tires so I was not able to take delivery for a few days (Purchased Saturday, delivered Tuesday.) Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to drive my new vehicle over the weekend. Mike Barcalow is an outstanding business manager and it was a pleasure working with him and Christine. I would certainly return in the future. More

I made an appointment for a Saturday and expected to wait a couple hours for the service to be completed. I was quite surprised because they got me in right away and the service took exactly one hour. John Hendrickson was the associate who assisted me and he was amazing. He provided me with a time quote of a little over an hour and exceeded my expectations by getting me out of there in less than that. I will definitely be back. Thank you! More
