Each team member I spoke with was informational and professional and one could see Customer Service was a top priority. I was very impressed with the 1:10 minute video I received from the technician who took care of my vehicle- that is the first time I have had that happen and I believe it is very informative for the individual receiving service from Scherer Mazda- At the end of my appointment, I was explained everything the technician did, and what the measurements on my tires and brakes were, explaining when I should expect to have them serviced. I have already recommended your service team and have shown the video I received about my appointment. Please extend a huge KUDOS to your team - the experience was exceptional. Working in the medical field and having to take care of individuals, customer service is a priority!
