Service performed in a timely manner and pricing was reasonable. However the dealership did not reset my service reminder which now flashes each time I start and turn off my car. I tried on my own to re reasonable. However the dealership did not reset my service reminder which now flashes each time I start and turn off my car. I tried on my own to reset it but was not successful . Will take it in for reset in future but this should not have happened. More

The service rep was very helpful. The recall check and servicing were done very professionally. I can take care of minor parts changes that are recommended by the shop. I feel the markup is too much on servicing were done very professionally. I can take care of minor parts changes that are recommended by the shop. I feel the markup is too much on some over the counter OEM parts. I do these minor repairs myself. I would suggest looking at pricing of some of these parts. More

Again had 2 different people in service I had to deal with. She was okay but instead of telling me everything at once she told me about the air filter and then when I thought I was done she told me I ne with. She was okay but instead of telling me everything at once she told me about the air filter and then when I thought I was done she told me I needed back brakes. I had already been there and hour and forty-five minutes and they did not have them in stock so I would have to make another appointment. This is unacceptable. Then I get the estimate for the back brakes and it $700.00 plus. I go home my husband calls around and we fin another deal ship that had the brakes in stock and would do it for half the price as you dealership. Tell me why I am still bring my car there for service. More
