Great service; friendly & helpful service reps I came in for an oil change and possibly wheel alignment. I also needed the wheel alignment so had that done. The service rep gave me a list of at least four other "maintenance" items that he said the car needed, based on its age (2007 Camry). Due to costs, I declined to have any other work done at that visit. I do think the spark plug cost, almost $600, is very high. While it may be mostly labor, I will probably check around with other repair shops on this item. More

I want to praise the assistance of Steve Lowell, Red Team Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. After getting a handle on the situation, he compassionately made arrangements for a loaner car so I could get my groceries home, while the matter was resolved.
