I appreciated and was impressed that Anthony was willing to and did, take me back into the shop and showed me my car on the lift and what work needed to be done. Frustrated Called to set an appointment for a recall. Did you not have the part and said they would call me back when it arrives. I never got a call back. They didn’t care that I wasn’t called back. A month later I made an appointment and the recall part was in. I needed another part and took four days to come in. They did give me a loaner during that time. Everybody is nice and friendly but if you have a problem the attitude seem to change to I don’t care take it or leave it. More
