Both Luis & Nick spent a great deal of time with us as we waivered between a new car or pre-owned. We opted for a new MKX - love it. Luis explained all the electronic features and told us if we had additional questions just stop by and he would go over with us again. He even came in on his day off just to go over the functions with us. Frank finished up with us and we were out the door with our new car. More

Bob Rohrman Lincoln in Schaumburg has a amazing team right from the front desk to sales and to the finance, and also the maintenance / porter staff. they accommodated my time and convenience even though it was late in the evening. they all stayed back after hours to ensure that the vehicle i am purchasing is in perfect condition. i was helped by Brock. in fact he made his first sales to me and i got the privilege to cut his Tie. never knew that tradition, but i guess there is always a first time for everything. After the sales process was over, the Manager Nick and the Finance Manage Frank they made a very clear / quick and transparent transaction. and after all the papers were signed, the Porters did an amazing job in cleaning the car and bringing it upfront. i have a happy camper when i left the dealership. thanks to the entire team at Bob Rohrman More
