Love my new Lincoln MKC I had test driven many vehicles and was referred to Bob Rohrman by a friend. I had no intention of buying a Lincoln. When we got to the dealership w I had test driven many vehicles and was referred to Bob Rohrman by a friend. I had no intention of buying a Lincoln. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Nadar Marou. What a pleasant salesman. We explained what I was looking for, an MKC or MKX, and the fact that we had test driven many different vehicles and wasn't sure about a Lincoln. Nadar explained the features of both and took us for a test drive in both vehicles. To my surprise, I was hooked on a Lincoln. He spent some time with us and brought in Nick Brotsch to discuss our financial options. Nick suggested the possibility of leasing, which never occurred to us since we have always purchased vehicles. This was one of the ways I could get the car I wanted with the features I wanted. Both Nadar and Nick were so very patient and understanding us. They took their time crunching numbers to make it happen. Never once did they make us feel like we were an imposition. I'm so very happy that we went with Lincoln. Both Nadar and Nick were one of the most important reasons we went with Lincoln. Their professionalism and patience made the difference. I will definitely be referring anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Bob Rohrman Lincoln and ask for Nadar and Nick. More

New Member of the Lincoln Family I found a used MKS online that I wanted to test drive. When I got to the dealership, I was approached by Nader Marou and he took me on the test drive. I found a used MKS online that I wanted to test drive. When I got to the dealership, I was approached by Nader Marou and he took me on the test drive. The MKS was too big for me, so Nader spent a great deal of time going over various options with me. I literally spent the entire day at the dealership and finally decided on an MKZ. Nick Brotsch also spent a great deal of time crunching numbers and finding the right car to meet my financial needs as well. Both Nader and Nick were extremely patient with me and took the time to find the right fit for me and my needs. I absolutely LOVE my MKZ and would recommend Nader to anyone looking for a new car! More

Disaster I own a Lincoln MKS 2013 (..with a tan interior)...I got the car in dealer service for some minor fixes ..they offer to do some recalls also ...they k I own a Lincoln MKS 2013 (..with a tan interior)...I got the car in dealer service for some minor fixes ..they offer to do some recalls also ...they kept the car for more than 10 days and they literally destroy my car ...the car has been trashed inside like was used by the workers..destroyed the rear bench (scratch the leather and spots of dirty oil) and in top of all of it they broke the windshield...off course they denied that they broke it ..but they agree that is not professional to return the car so dirty...they try to clean it but was impossible to do that and they expression was like ..." Oh well...." and that's it ..turn theyr back to me and left me there like a stupid ....I did a police report against the dealer ...law suit coming up .. Ps....don't try to contact the manager ..he is so full of himself and arrogant ... GOOD JOB BOB ROHRMAN ...HOPE YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON ...SHAME ON YOU GUYS More

HORRIBLE Disrespectful management team - acts as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. As a customer I asked what incentives Ford was offering a Disrespectful management team - acts as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. As a customer I asked what incentives Ford was offering and I was treated like I was asking for a hand out - I will never deal with Schaumburg Lincoln & I will tell everyone I know or come I contact with to know stay away - There is no such thing as a "good customer experience" with this store - I can't say enough how distasteful my experience with this store. Very impressed I took advantage of the Lincoln Date Night. Luis P. met me at the door, and was kind and professional through out the entire process. Literally, there was no pressure to buy a car.....he just wanted me to have a good experience. He pulled up with a bright red Lincoln MKC, connected my phone and explained most of the features. Then I was off. I had the car for a day. When I returned it, I was expecting some pressure to buy the car, but there was none. He asked me if I had a good experience with the car, gave me his card and thanked me for stopping by. He pulled up my car that I left at the dealership and it WAS WASHED.....how awesome was that. I'm not quite ready to buy a car yet, but experiencing this dealership and the Lincoln MKC, I would seriously consider buying a car from Luis and Schaumburg Lincoln. More
