Taking advantage of veterans My Dad who is a Veteran was mislead when purchasing his 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. He work with Sam Villa who i also bought a vehicle from who showed me my car fax woth a clean report. My dads vehicle had 3 accidents and wasn’t told one accident disabled the vehicle at a time. They took advantage of a veteran and need to be shutdown. More
Consumer Fraud I am a U.S.Veteran and i purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in Oct.2017. When i purchased this vehicle i was told by the salesman that the car had a I am a U.S.Veteran and i purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in Oct.2017. When i purchased this vehicle i was told by the salesman that the car had a clean carfax report with no accidents. Today i went to another dealership to trade my car in only to find out my Lincoln before i bought it had been in 3 car accidents. Because of this and my car is worth nothing and i can't trade it in with anyone because of this report. I was misled and i know this is consumer fraud. The current finance company I'm with was misled also because they wouldn't of financed a car that had been in 3 accidents. I'm waiting to see the dealership help in resolving this serious issue. More

Tom Walters was very helpful and very knowledgable, answering all our questions. After test driving, we never felt hurried or pressured into a purchase. We were originally greeted by Ron Keller, he took the time to check back with us to make and sure we were having a great customer experience and completely happy. We had a specific budget in mind and they helped us to stay at budget. Would definitely recommend to others. I can't speak to the Service Department yet, but I do plan on servicing my car here. More

Stay Away!!! Stay Away! Very poorly managed dealership with unhappy employees. I went there because I work in town and was always under the impression that Bob Stay Away! Very poorly managed dealership with unhappy employees. I went there because I work in town and was always under the impression that Bob Rohrman was a professional organization with great customer service. Well, they dropped the ball at this dealership with poor management (Jay) and a very confused finance manager (Dan). I leased a new 2017 MKC and was really looking forward to the Lincoln Experience. It seems I was better off buying from some used car lot. The salesman Sam was great and worked hard to get us the right car and we were happy with the deal, but the finance portion was a nightmare. We are experienced with leasing and have never had a situation like this. Dan made multiple mistakes on the contract, do not deal with him!!!! He will never call you back, promise that he will fix it tomorrow and then you find out that he is off that day. His fallback will be that he is new at this. It was unbelievable. I actually had to contact the manager of the Ford store in order to hear back from Dan. The Lincoln manager Jay will not call you back. After the deal is done, when you stop in, you will get the run around. I got things straightened out thru Lincoln Financial, they took care of everything and could not believe the amount of mistakes Dan made on the contract. Secondly, The car looked ok in the dealership garage but once we drove it we realized the dirty interior windows, along with dirty rims and engine bay. I understand they have been doing a lot of construction and the new cars could be dirty but once they leave to the new owner, they should look new. Especially when it is a Lincoln. I had to bring it back on my time in order to get it detailed. I would hope Rohrman cared about his name, but there is never a Rohrman in the house to take care of it. I literally had to fix the problem myself. It seems Customer service does not matter. More
