*Buyer beware!*Purchased our first (and last) used *Buyer beware!* Purchased our first (and last) used vehicle from this dealership and it turned into the worst nightmare ever. Not even 3 days after p *Buyer beware!* Purchased our first (and last) used vehicle from this dealership and it turned into the worst nightmare ever. Not even 3 days after purchase, vehicle engine lights came on. We purchased the used warranty in event of something of this sort. Warranty company claimed preexisting condition, blaming dealers lack of quality inspection prior to sale. Stated the issues don’t “happen over night” and should have been caught. After being ignored by the dealer, we arrived on sight to find out what was going on, and the service manager proceeded to advise there wasn’t an issue with the vehicle. Finally, he advised my husband to take the truck back to initial place of inspection for repairs. After repairs were complete, $6000 later, Rohrman leaves us a voicemail saying to bring the vehicle back and they would cover a $200 repair. WHAT? UNREAL What’s even worse, the general manager does not care about clients. After almost 2 weeks, we finally got in touch with the sales manager who listened, and followed up days later, obviously still rejecting any liability to help. Their own receptionist advised I wouldn’t get any answers unless I just come in and demand them. Absolutely pathetic, especially during a pandemic. After protesting the denial with the sales manger, we were expected to receive a call from the GM. Of course, that didn’t happen. Called the dealership and the receptionist states “GM is gone for the day, service manager already left. sales manager already left, finance manager is off today, etc.” LITERALLY, no one was there. I demanded a number for the legal department, customer relations manager and was instructed “I don’t know who that is.” Wow. Not even 5 minutes later, the GM calls from his office at the dealership.. with the service manager in his office. Clearly they screen their calls. Oh, and they also disclose other customers bank account information to other clients. I was shown another customers check with bank account number, address and routing number. Clearly, customer privacy or customer service is not a priority for this dealer. To this day, the dealer has done nothing to help us nor returned any of the calls they were going to in providing information for legal department or customer relations. More
If you want to go a dealership that actually CARES, then I recommend this one. The people here are one of a kind and of course they treat you like FAMILY! I recommend this one. The people here are one of a kind and of course they treat you like FAMILY! More
