Th ONLY reason I am not is that NONE of the staff wore protective masks. The masks protect others and it is disrespectful to not wear them when talking to clients. The waiting area should be monitored so those clients not wearing masks should be told to either out on a masks or wait outside. Put a chair outside for those individuals who choose not to wear a mask in public. I Believe there are fines applicable to businesses that don’t wear masks when meeting the Clients. More

Worked me in without an appointment I was in the area and notice a sensor light on the dash. I did not have an appointment and left a message to see if I could have somebody run a quick I was in the area and notice a sensor light on the dash. I did not have an appointment and left a message to see if I could have somebody run a quick diagnostic. I was called back within 5 minutes and Matsi was able to get me into the serf ice department on 1:15 on a Friday. My service advisor, Vincent texted me as soon as he had the vehicle and I let him know I was in the Customer waiting Lounge. Vincent found me and updated me with the diagnostic result, a sensor was ordered and he assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. He had my vehicle washed and ready shortly after that and said that they would contact me when the part arrives so I can schedule an appointment at that time and arrange for a courtesy pickup and drop of at my work. I was and am so appreciative that the Service team responded immediately, worked me in without and appointment and explained the sensor and reassured me of the drivability. Thanks to Vincent and Matsi, I don't know if I am spelling Matsi's name correctly but will remember the great service experience. More
