The staff was very helpful. We were using the Costco Car Purchase program and they were very familiar with it. Rohrman to the rescue! I already had in mind that I wanted a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Iwasthisclose to purchasing this same type of vehicle from another company, when an unsee I already had in mind that I wanted a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Iwasthisclose to purchasing this same type of vehicle from another company, when an unseen circumstance happened with the vehicle - it was damaged and they had to repair it! I nixed that deal, went over to Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg website - saw the vehicle I wanted...in the exact color (I couldn't find it anywhere else), along with some interior amenities that sealed the deal. And. It was cheaper and I was able to secure a much lower A.P.R., which was a bonus! Within that same day, I was contacted by representatives who provided me with information to get approved quickly and set up a time (the next day) to view the vehicle and get the purchase started. I loved the car! I was planning on being in the dealership for "hours", but I was in and out in under a couple of hours! Standup team they have over at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln, I would highly recommend anyone planning on purchasing a new or certified vehicle to give them a call or stop on in!
